Radiodrome, Ep 2: Cabin Fever
This was recorded 2 months ago, so some of the references may be a little bit dated. Also, from what I understand in the comments, you may have to just click on the player to listen to the episode over at the podomatic site. For some reason I guess it doesn't like to play correctly on this site.
Part 1 of a 2 part episode.
-Brad and Jerrid discuss their adventures in getting the 2nd episode recorded.
-Discussion on the new "Punch Out" for the Wii.
-Jerrid's weekend from hell.
-Brad reminisces about when he would drunk dial Jerrid.
-News: Eli Roth plans on remaking "The Funhouse." This leads into Brad's complete hatred for Eli Roth.
-Brad and Jerrid discuss the "Hostel" series.
-Eastern Europe: Good or Bad.
-"Slumdog Millionaire": Who Wants To Be a Millionaire with Torture!

For some reason this one is working on this site.

Eastern European countries are quite religious and conservative as far as my experience.

Does the film mention it being in Eastern Europe? Or was it just an honest mistake?

I rented Freddy vs. Jason one time with my friends and we all agreed it was one of the best comedies any of us had seen that year.
Warcraft I-III are called "real time strategy" and in World of Warcraft you take control of an less-expendable hero. Otherwise very insightful discussion about making a WoW movie.

Good show. Eli Roth is a shitbag. He claimed piracy was why Hostel 2 tanked. Newsflash: It tanked because Hostel 2 is a waste of celluloid.
Anyway have you checked out the Thug City Chronicles DVD? I'm slightly intrigued because people are saying that the quality on most of the movies are pretty good. This is rare considering the movies in the collection and VideoAsia usually likes to take a dump on their 20th generation vhs masters before transferring them to video.

Brad, I gotta say Cabin Fever was horrible, it was an hour and a half for on off color black joke. I agree with you about Eli Roth, I think he has his heart in the right place but his movies are confounding. I did like that Takashi Miike, and Ruggero Deodato had cameos, but the movies are ultimately forgetable. I have been a long time reader of Mike Brackens and he recommends you very highly, and he is right. I also view TGWTG, and Cinemassacre so the fact that Spoony is helping you out is really great. I think it shows some great synergy amongst fresh talent in a field where it is hard to find a niche and be truly original. That's the nature of the internet and instant media though. I digress, I enjoy your reviews because you touch on exploitation and horror, which is what I watch almost exclusively. I was wondering if you have watched the August Underground series, and if you have, what's your thoughts were on them. Not a whole lot of people outside of the hardcore horror/exploitation community knows about them, but I'm curious to hear your take on them.

Cabin Fever 2 has been threatened for so long, you have to wonder whether or not it actually exists. It seems like we’re getting closer to seeing the long-delayed sequel to the 2002 Eli Roth film, but the question today is whether or not it’s actually worth seeing. If director Ti West is to be believed, it doesn’t sound like it.

Yeah, you're right about Eli Roth. Seems eight years is a ridiculous amount of time to be promising a sequel. Good grief. And yeah, Amsterdam is not in Eastern Europe, lol.

Slumdog Millionaire was an amazing movie. I've read the novel too, and no wonder this thing won the Oscar last year. It's a really thoughtful representation of the development of India in the past two decades or so.

I remember becoming stoked the day I read that Ti West was taking on a sequel to Eli Roth's Cabin Fever and then all the delays and production problems and reading that West had all but disowned the film My anticipation turned to disappointment. The end result turned out to be much better than expected and but still felt incomplete...................

Having seen the first Cabin Fever, which I really liked (it showcased Eli Roths talent for sick and twisted horror comedy, so to speak), I kinda had hoped this could be better. But even before watching the movie, I heard the "director" Ti West, distancing himself from this movie (at a Festival, where I didn't have another option/movie to choose from, that's why I chose to watch this anyway, despite the warning)!!!

A nice green gel sole completes the package. These also came with the silver Air Max premium keychain. Best shoes i've brought for UGG Boots Sale, the grip is unbeleivable can stop and turn on a dime, they fit perfectly and my feet are never sore after playing Nike Air Max in them.I have read some of the bad reviews and I will write again in a few weeks or after my track season to see how they wear.. These premium Air Max Shoes were only available on UGGS in 2006 and were not available in stores. Retail on them was UGG Boots and a matching shirt was released alongside them as well. They feature a nice all patent leather upper with no Cheap UGG Boots on the toe but some stars are pictured in their place.

Does ANYONE here have the lyrics for the songs in August Thanx, RadioDrome and The Love of Siam OST?
I don't speak thai, but it's music is so great that I want to know what they're saying and what they mean in English.
Or, would you know a good site where I can read it off from?
