Dude allot of those NES accessories I have never seen but damn I'm really curious from what material it's made or how it's built because it has to sustain the weight of a normal built gamer. Also yeah that happened to me too to enter in a bar and the waitress saying to me that I can't eat the chips I brought with me or I can't drink from my bottle of water although I ordered a beer. C'est la vie. Reply to this

You sir are correct, it was People Play Games on Clark. Very cool store. Brad and I had to be very careful to avoid going broke in there.
Brad lucked out, the thing he wanted was very affordable. The copy of Panzer Dragoon Saga I was looking at though, $209.95. I understand that it's a rare game, but $200, I could buy another 360 for that much. Reply to this

I or mor correctly my friend had a similar problem at a pub in Amsterdam. Before we got there we went by Burger King and my friend hadn't completely finished his burger.
We had sat down and ordered a couple of pints when a waitress came out(we were sitting on the terras) and asked my friend to please finish his half eaten Whopper elsewhere because the manager didn't want anyone bringing their own food. Very annoying although I can sorta see their point of view.
Sounds like a cool trip though. I've never even heard of t hat controller before. Looks fun thoughh at parties Reply to this

Sounds like a nice vacation you had there. Maybe you should try playing the Rolling Rocker with a Vertical Shoot em' Up like Zanac, Sky Shark or Gun Nac; something where you're constantly moving, but don't have to dodge a lot of foreground objects. I love how your cat bookends the video. It's always funny when your cats get on camera, Vlog or Snob video! Reply to this
I have to admit, seeing all these people having held onto their classic NES systems makes me regret having sold mine years ago. Still, have good old Super NES and Sega around here Reply to this

Do you have R.O.B. for the NES? I had him as a kid growing up. I never played a game using him (hell no), but I'd sit him next to me while I play Duck Hunt.
Haha, 'grilling shit in the bathroom'. You just put a nasty image in my head, Brad. I hope to return the favor some day. Happy birthday! -matty Reply to this

I have a UForce I got at a convention and it has the same issue as the Roll 'n Rocker. It works, but stopping just doesn't happen. Works pretty well with flight sims though.
In fact, I saw a Roll 'n Rocker at that same convention for I think 20 bucks. Didn't bother as I didn't know if the thing even worked. Reply to this

Anyways, kinda sorta off topic but do you plan on attending the Cinema Wasteland convention again this year? I just found out about it a few months ago and am debating it, especially since they're doing a Zombi 2 reunion. Reply to this

Can't believe you actually found a Rolling Rocker. Given how easy it looks to fall off of one of those things, I doubt they'd be able to market something like that today since it'd be nothing but lawsuit fodder. Reply to this

We actually did try to play Marble Madness. It went horribly. Brad and I both only made it to Level 2. Level 1, fairly hard but doable. Level 2, fucking impossible!
Likewise, Mario 3 was really hard, but you could probably get to be good at it eventually. Paperboy is still the one to stick with, though. Not easy, but very fun. Reply to this
