I like Miles in the videos, although he's nervous in front of the camera he's still pretty funny. Plus Brad and Spoony have very loud and energetic personas on camera which can drown people out.

This wasn't as good an episode as it could have been, yes, it was because of your friends minimal interaction. Hear me out please, I mean no disrespect, but for a majority of the time you're being your usual self and she's kinda just sitting there awkwardly, with a pretty low key response to anything you do, and it feels very strange with that contrast in place, vibrant, and minimalistic. What might have worked a lot better, is to do it with everyone else (assuming she knows them) so at least she's in a group dynamic and is therefore not as shy? Just a thought.

Man why are people always so whiny?
This was the same as all his other "tries" episodes where he takes like 2 sips and talks for 40 minutes. So the girl was shy. What difference did it make? It's called "brad tries" not "brad discusses" her job is to sit there and make facial expressions...while Brad talks. That's all that is required of any of his guest on these episodes.

I quite liked Kim. Once she is a little more comfortable with being on camera she will be a great addition (and it's great she had the heart to come on in the first place - it's not that easy). But it really shows how diverse Brad's circle of friends is. I'm really impressed that he not only has high-powered ultra-confident friends like himself, but also quiet, rather shy ones. It's great!

Just a heads up Brad, Pepsi has 1 more Pepsi Blue they made that was only released in Hawaii. Apparently it is a Pineapple flavor and not a berry flavor. Hope you can get your hands on it and try it out.

Or, do you somehow check these items before you and your friends try them (to make sure that they're not actually dangerous to consume, haven't been tampered with, etc.--lots of psychos out there, you know)?

You're either brave or crazy for consuming something sent my Sage! I enjoyed this episode and Kim was a cute addition, though you can tell how nervous she is in front of the camera, especially contrasted with Brad who is totally comfortable and very lively. But, the performance anxiety will fade with time. I hope to see her on more.

I remember trying Pepsi blue and thinking it tastes like blueberry syrup. The only thing worse than the taste was the texture. It was thick. Honestly, I think it wasn't made as a drink, but to pour on pancakes. Mmm, carbonated pancake syrup.

If you want to make Pepsi Blue taste good, mix it with some regular Pepsi. It turns it into this nasty looking green and black color, but man, gets rid of all that extra carbonation. I used to do it all the time in middle school, was so freaken good.

I love Brad Tries! I feel like going out and trying a bunch of crazy soda flavors after watching these. I usually just buy regular coke, but I want to be more adventurous now.
I don't remember seeing Pepsi Blue at all, though. I wouldn't have wanted to waste money on something I probably wouldn't like...
Also, it'd be awesome if Crystal Pepsi came back. I was only 1 or 2 at the time it came out, so I never had the opportunity to try it.

I might actually like flat Pepsi Blue. My main memory of drinking it was having to take small sips, or otherwise have to suffer through massive burps. I could never make it through a whole bottle. It's like they infused it with extra air.

I remember the first time I tried Pepsi Blue. They gave away 5000 2 Litre bottles of it after a hockey game I went too. I think they were just trying to get rid of it. We took 2 free bottles. I drank one glass and never touched it again.

I remember a blue Pepsi being available in the Netherlands during the holidays a good number of years back. From what I remember, it tasted just like regular Pepsi, so I think it's different from Pepsi Blue. Not sure if you find this interesting enough to try and find a bottle of it, but now you know it used to be out there.

Hi Brad another great episode, Pepsi goal appeared somewhere last month in Singapore but I think they just relabeled Pepsi 'Blue' as Pepsi 'Goal'. During the Pepsi Blue years(2002 in Singapore if I remembered correctly) they also had Pepsi 'Red' which actually taste A LOT WORST than Pepsi 'Blue'. I'm hoping you will try it.

The Wiki says that Pepsi Gold is really Pepsi Red Lite; flavored with ginger instead of berry. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Pepsi_variations It also says it's a limited 2010 release, previously discontinued in 2007.

This reminds me, I've heard some things about Mountain Dew Throwback. Supposedly it uses cane sugar instead of corn syrup. Think you could pick up some of this (and a Pepsi kind too, I've heard), some Mexican sodas (also have cane sugar), and other high end sodas. You can find those high-end sodas at Trader Joe's or Wholefoods usually. While I love seeing bad reactions to bad sodas, I'd be interested if you did a taste comparison episode focusing on these cane sugar or micro-brewed sodas, tasting them against the usual corn syrup fare.

Pepsi Blue is awesome for one reason and one reason only: Pepsi Dew Code Purple.
One of my friends found out that if you mixed Pepsi Blue and Mountain Dew Code Red, it made a purple drink that fizzed blue and tasted AWESOME. I had to let the internet know of this awesome mix.

That's weird i'm from Romania and we had Pepsi gold but the liquid was golden and as i remember it the taste was quite different from pepsi blue.Also we had Pepsi Cappucino that was really good but it just vanished a few years ago.

Vira Blåtira was discontinued back in 1988 and got re-released 1997 and was completely discontinued 2 years later. (presumably because it tasted horrible)
