No offense to you, Brad, but I actually disagree. I mean, yea it's another Tyler Perry, but this one actually isn't as bad as you think. It has it's moments when it goes on and on, thus wasting our time with alot of talking and setting up for it's climax scene, true. However, this film also has it's moments where it becomes emotional and it could make just about anyone cry. And, the way I see it, eating your cats' crap is just an excuse for you not to see it. So, in short, give this film a try:it's pretty good, and I usually don't give a damn about Tyler Perry films.

That's not really a convincing argument. You only ate a cat turd to get out of actually reviewing the movie, much less watching it. So, if you don't want to see the movie, then here's my question: Why did you make this video in the first place? Did you make it to try and illustrate a point that eating cat turds are a much better decision then watching a Tyler Perry film?
Personally, I have nothing against you. I love your reviews as the Cinema Snob, and the Brad & Jerrid videos as well. However, I've also seen Tyler Perry movies: 2 Madea films I wish I could easily forget watching, and "Daddy's Little Girls", and that one was hard to sit through alone...not because it was bad, but because it was a very strong movie. Yea, his films are shit, but this one was actually not as bad as the ones I've seen and it was worth the watch. So, if you don't want to see a Tyler Perry film, you don't have to eat a cat turd to get out of watching it, or even reviewing it. Just watch something else. There's a billion other films to choose from, so take your pick of the litter. By the way, this isn't me trying to be rude. This is me trying to defend this movie...ironically made by a guy whou should probably stay out of the film business altogether.

Dude, the video's a joke. Lighten up a bit. It's an ongoing gag Brad does when a Tyler Perry movie comes out. One time he pulled his own tooth out with scissors. He didn't really pull his own tooth out, and in this case, he didn't really eat cat shit. He was joking, and his above comment was a gag too. Have a sense of humor man.

I feel your pain Brad. I don't get the appeal of Tyler Perry's movies. It's the same old same old bs (but maybe that's just me complaining because my local theatre showed that schlock while I had to drive an hour to find a theatre playing Water for Elephants).

I've seen a Tyler Perry Movie. I actually found it weirdly interesting. Think about it! This guy makes allegedly heartwarming family dramas based around a drag act named after a women famous for killing her own children. But if I had a cat I would eat it's turds rather than watch another Medea movie.
Except Pasolini's Medea. That one was good and doesn't even feature Tyler Perry or people eating turds.

That was one of the best Brad's reviews that I saw so far (and I've watched every video on channel, already).
Come on Brad, you should either do more like this one, or merge "Brad tries" and movie reviews together (like, when you watched something really atrocious and horrible, you'll every time try something utterly disgusting and inedible, but say that eating this shit is at least waaay better than watching the horrible piece of oozing crap that you've watched at the time - this would be great!).

Brad of all the reviewers I watch you clearly have the most incite into the movie magic that is a Tyler Perry film. I find your opinion well thought out, you cover all the angles you could possibly hope to cover on such a complex topic. The conclusions you came to after really dissecting this film int its basic parts were spot on. I agree whole heartedly with the overall impression you got from this film. There came a point midway where I thought this review was going into some tactless direction but instead you delivered pure class. Keep up the Stellar work.

My problem with Tyler Perry is it's the same thing over and over. Black man who means well and tries hard falls for a Black woman who a little snooty or picky for her own good and comedy ensues unti they get together. Only part that changes is really what Madea herself does in each story.
It's the idealized Black Version of life that people didn't like about the Cosby Show as no one lives like that. As a series you can get away with it but as a string of movies you expect some variety from a writer. Stephen King writes Horror but he not having a car chase down people in every damn book.

I defiantly understand how you feel but just imagine how you would feel if you had seen this piece of shit movie.
I have seen all of the tyler perry movies which is a sad thing to have to admit but out of all of his movies this one is actually the worst. I mean the other movies atleast had a plot and a ending in which things are explained and they have a resolution but no this movie just has alot of madea and a very all over the place story. Oh and don't forget there is this one annoying as all hell girl who goes around the whole effing movie screaming byyyyrrrrooonnn in the most annoying voice I have ever heard {I can't really say it well when typing but look it up or something}. The jokes are boring and didn't make me laugh at all. The only fun part was seeing madea beat up the annoying girl and even that sucked. My mom loves tyler perry movies and even she didn't like this one which says alot since my mom has horrible taste in movies. It turns soap opera-ish really fast and than it just ends. Nothing gets resolved and we have to deal with alot of unfunny madea and uncle joe jokes. This movie is the worst tyler perry movie which I know isn't saying much. I also can assure you that within the first 20 minutes of this movie you will already hate every character in it.
I know im ranting sorry it's just this movie annoyed and pissed me off more than any movies I have seen this year.
