Oh man...did you check out the IMDB listing for this? Apparently there's going to be a sequel! Dahmer vs Gacy: In Space! (Why do I picture a crappy spaceship on wires when I hear that?)

A question I have about all these crappy movies (Brad, why do you subject yourself to this?): Doesn't anybody involved in these things ever stand back and go: Dude, this is really bad! Why am I spending money on this??

I guess it's good they don't; there'd be no Cinema Snob otherwise. And that would be a crime.

I think many people are aware that the movie sucks, but they just see it as another job. Actors are always in need of work. I'm pretty sure minor characters in even good exploitation style movies go into it thinking "oh boy, this movie's gonna suck".

I like Scream 4 but I will certainly let it slide based upon I seem to be the person that deals with shit but hates or doesn't favor academy crap, imo!
for example : King's Speech (D+ at best)
Elongated boring, not factual (though those watching take it as so) idk, I don't get it, I guess, I will admit. 95% rating for King's Speech? GTFO, that was a BORING POS. I will show you youth that matter more than a monarch each and every day for years. I must not be the target of awards shows, but I also hate most movies anyway, but tend to like crappy predictable or not things, atleast its not misrepresented...

How about just make it an 'Airplane!' style parody of Jurassic Park, like there's a fenced off forest or maze or something with Dahmer and Gacy in it, and some scientists are throwing people in there for them to hunt, but they escape and kill the power and phone lines and stalk the scientists, and in the final scene one of the killers is chasing the surviving scientists and the other one kills him, just like the end of Jurassic Park with the T-Rex and the raptors.

If you were to ask me what my favorite film of the year so far, my pick would be Rango. Great animation, amazing cast, and a refreshingly classic Western-style story.

But my pick for the absolute worst movie of the year so far is Just Go With It. A one-joke premise that gets really old really fast!

Have you ever heard of Ulli Lommel Brad? He's a German director who's probably most famous for the 1981 movie The Boogeyman and a couple of others. But in the past 10 or so years, the guy has made movies ranging from Zombie Nation (Which Obscurus Lupa reviewed) to H.P. Lovecraft's The Tomb (which has as much to do with Lovecraft as much as it's got to do with tombs). These movies are slightly admirable efforts, since despite their terrible-ness, they're made on budgets of about $1500. He's also responsible for all of those 'serial killer' movies.

Serial killers actually tend to make decent soldiers. I can't recall any specifics but a lot of serial killers actually had pretty respectable military careers. They're supposedly attracted by the power, authority and order that comes with a uniform, rank and gun

I wish you would have shown more clips of the actual movie but I take your word for it that it was so lame
Ive seen a lot of serial killer movies, the worst EVER was a movie called "BTK" because it was supposed to be a kind of documentary type movie but it had all of these flashback clips that didnt make sense and it added elements to the real story that were completely false
I had to give it to the guy in BTK though, he did look a LOT like BTK in real life.. I know this has nothing to do with Dahmer vs Gacy but it just reminds me of how shitty BTK was lolol With the creepy clips in that movie I felt like a pervert by the end credits just for watching that dribble
Dahmer vs Gacy sounds like a fun type of movie however compared to other serial killer movies out there

From what I've read there is no evidence that Gacy EVER wore the clown costume while killing anyone.

It was like a job he had, but he preferred having sharp edges on the mouth makeup instead of round. He got a nickname because of the clown outfit, and now everyone seems to assume he wore it all the time... It bugs me.

I don't think I could watch this without getting really angry lol

Mark Holton WAS great as Gacy, Brad. If you haven't seen it, another Dahmer flick worth checking out is "The Secret Life of Jeffrey Dahmer". I would say it tries too hard to be both a gory horror film and a psychological study. The gore is pretty silly (especially a scene where Dahmer seals a sedated man in a drum of acid), but the psychological stuff is pretty good. Have you seen that one?

I quite liked Scream 4, but I really loved the other scream movies too so I was probably seeing it through nostalgia eyes.

I found out about this movie a few months before it came out and thought it might be a fun B horror movie that's cheesy, yet enjoyable.

    God I was wrong.

I salute you for being able to watch the movie all the way through because I don't think I made it more than twenty/twenty-five minutes before I turned it off and hit my head into my desk repeatedly.

Maybe It's just me, but this movie may have been a lot better if one of the Buseys were in it. To that matter, how was a movie called Dahmer vs Gacy, that is supposed to be comedic, not have Gary or Jake? You're telling me no one trying to make this movie didn't think of getting one of them? I'm disappointed in you producers of this film.

It's obviously the sort of B-movie that is intentionally terrible for laughs... It just didn't make me laugh. Maybe if you're into those Trauma films of the 80's/90's you'd like it, but it's pretty much lowest common denominator blood, cheese and sleaze. However, the movie just struggles in trying to make any sense at all.

Scotty - good catch on the song. Actually the whole soundtrack is made up of Enuff Z'nuff songs (the only thing I liked about the movie).
