Actually Caligula's porn parody would be a completely tasteful depiction of the emperors life leaving out all the sex, mostly because production would start as a porn but then the director will take out all of the political satire and the writer will demand his name taken off the film then the studio would take out the sex scenes and replace them with highly charged romantic and political drama thereby becoming exactly what the original writer of Caligula intended to make.

Yes, A Clockwork Orange is awesome.
My favorite Kubrick film.
I find it funny that because it was made by Mr. Kubrick, who's awesome, that cinema snobs (real ones), like it. If it was made by some Italian underground director, it'd be reviled as too violent, and not looked on fondly.

It depends on the Critic. Some real cinema snobs like B pictures and rip-offs. On the other hand a lot art-house critics genuinely hate Clockwork Orange and Kubrick in general.
I, myself, used go to art-house movies, am a Bergman fan and even sat through ancient silent films to increase my knowledge/understanding of cinema. I absolutely love Italian rip-offs, monster movies, horror and slasher films. I do have a problem with Porn parodies and that is because I'm far too dumb too watch them as anything other than porn. It's hard to concentrate on a films finer points, whilst taking a cold shower or de-steaming one's spectacles!

Most of the dialogue is lifted from the play script for A Clockwork Orange.
I did the same script for my GCSE Drama course and this spoof actually looks to have about the same budget.
The only difference is that the play's a musical...

First thing : Yes, indeed, this is a rape, even if the male has a erection. Rape is a question of will, how someone refuse sexuality and yet force to participate. So yeah, the movie have rape scenes. But this one is not important, because most people don't considerate the possibility of a man being raped by a woman, so I will input that a simple ignorance.
Second thing : Where I have a real problem is the fuck scene after the treatment. At that point in the story, Alexandra is under the effect of the cure, in other world she is not enjoying what is happening to her and this could be only be considerate has a rape. Here they have a made a simulation of a rape, and only for the spectator to cum... WTF

Awesome; I loved Clockwork Orange. Hell, I liked it when Conker's Bad Fur Day lampooned its intro at the start of the game. But this... well, isn't a porno spoof kind of redundant? o.O;

No it refers to "Ultra-violence" was which was just basically beating the shit any person and raping any women. He did kill someone but that was more of by accident even if he did bludgeon her with a specially shaped statue XD

Ya kno, I gotta give the movie alittle credit. Im sure Brad does know this, but Gene Kelly did sing Take me out to the Ballgame, 1949, with Frank Sinatra. Its actually one of my favorite movies of his. So at least the movie did play a Gene Kelly song there ;p

I think I finally found a review to beat The Geek and Cannibal Holocaust as my favorite snob review.
Funny considering I avidly hate this movie after it.
A Clockwork Orange is my favorite movie of all time, and one of my favorite books. I am also a complete fan of Malcolm Mcdowell and everything about it, Besides actually knowing Russian.
So you can probably imagine how it really disgusted me how those "actresses" so wrongly acted Nadsat.
What's really funny is I had a peanut Butter Sandwich right before the review XD

That's because human body parts, particularly orifices, are evil! EVIL!!! Which obviously includes ears and noses, since they are also orifices. I think all ears and noses should be censored from movies and TV shows for that reason.

Hehe, wasn't expecting this one to show up here but then... there's so much to snob over in a Kubrick porno spoof. Loved the intro and end credit cards, spot on just like in the Saló episode. The ET and Buck Adams clips made me laugh out loud. But I was kinda expecting a sped-up version of of your nude dance... but guess peanut butter is sexual enough, hehe.

I have Clockwork Orgy on VHS. I have watched bits of it many, many, times.
Actually the acting in porn is probably only bad because it's not the priority of the film makers. In mainstream movies scenes are shot over and over again until the collection of models, teen pin-ups. former children's TV stars and old hams Hollywood calls actors look as professional as possible. They did countless retakes for the Twilight series and the performances in those films would still embarrass a porno director.

I have Clockwork Orange on VHS as well. A friend of mine insisted I watch this and 'Jacob's Ladder', so he gave me a VHS recording of both.
Best tape I ever had. Though I have to say, reading 'A Clockwork Orange' hurt my brain. So much slang. I'm a Dune fan, you think I'd be used to random words that I have no earthly way of knowing what they mean. Besides checking the back of the book, of course.

Kubrick really payed up the Englishness of A Clockwork Orange. In the book the Droogs dress in black and Alex wears an Elvis mask. Kubrick has them dress like morris-men in cricket whites, straight off the village green. Whilst the masks are like something out of a mummers play or The Wicker man.
It's also interesting that Kubrick chose Northern actors to play the major parts, even though the film was mostly in and around London. I suspected that this was because it mimicked some of Burgess' speech patterns.
The sory of why Burgess wrote the Novel, the alleged rape of his wife, was almost certainly made up.

Well, this review is pretty good. I haven't seen The Clockwork Orange all the way through, but I believe this spoof tried way too hard to turn the classic into a classically made spoof. I would've done the spoof a couple of years after the movie came out. Porn would still be huge back in the 70's, and it would get rave — and controversial — reviews.

Wanna know what'd odd? I remember getting a glimpse of the rape scene when I was a toddler (and I didn't know it was a rape scene), so the bit of recommending "A Clockwork Orange" to five year olds was really funny.

This is one of the best porn parodies of all time. I mean, if you are offended that the acting and writing aren't up to the same level as Stanley Kubrick...what the fuck did you expect?
First of all, we get actually watchable sex. The sex scenes are good, decent scenes with no freaky alien costumes or bad makeup.
Second of all, the movie is thankfully light on bad puns.
Third of all, the fact it actually references its source material beyond the title puts it worlds above other porn "spoofs" that just use the title for a bad sex pun, or the even lazier "This Ain't (Blank) XXX" style.
This is a damn good porno.

There's always an element of reality to every satirical work. You may be playing a character, but there's no way that you aren't a fan of Kubrick's work.

Yes, it is man rape if the guy's penis is erect. Just because his penis is aroused, doesn't neccesarily mean he is. It's the same as if a woman orgasms while being raped that doesn't mean she is enjoying it. You can stiumulate the sexual organs and make them respond, but if the person doesn't want you to then it is still rape.
And I hate it when actors recite lines that they don't understand.

I can totally see why Kubrick withdrew the film from circulation in England though, the same reason so many kids love the fucking thing: it makes being a psychopath gangsta look like such a ball. I mean, genius director intentionally makes the most magnetic attractive person in the film a vile scumbag then is surprised when stupid yobs ape him? Alot of art-house critics hate ACO simply cause it treads such a fine line between being a movie about evil and just being evil. Stanley Kubrick hated humanity

A Clockwork Orange is not a good movie. It sucks, to be honest. Anthony Burgess pretty much hated how much publicity the book and then movie got because he considered it his worst novel. I think he was correct.
