His levels are faint. He locked himself away so he wouldn't have to think about Transformers 3.

Nice show guys! And that song in the end was awesome! Can anyone tell me what band that was?

"Massacree" is how Elvira used to say it, and I always thought it was funny.

Oh, man, I LOVE Texas Chainsaw 4! The only McConaughy (sp?) movie I can remember liking! I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I love the conspiracy aspect too, though I also didn't LOVE the tranny version of Leatherface, but it was funny. I think it's a good, pretty freaky movie, tons of fun, and I agree that it's a better remake than the actual remake! I did like the prequel to the remake somewhat though. I don't think I've ever really seen part 3, except in bits and pieces.

There were some early 1980s reboots, including one that had Dennis Hopper in it, I think.

    But Michael Bay...

I share Jake's sentiments. If I ever see Michael Bay, I will punch him in the face for Transformers 2 and 3.

That as well as how Michael Bay urinates on real horror franchises like Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street. Is it secretly Michael Bay's desire to ruin everything good with his crappy reboots and remakes?

Sounds like something one would expect to hear in the Blake Edwards movie "S.O.B."

I'm not even certain there was a first slasher film. They all owe a lot Cat and the Canary when it comes right down to it. The Spiral Staircase is arguably the origin of all gialli.
TCM2 is great. I think its much more Tobe Hooper than the first one and along with The Funhouse could almost be used in a plagiarism case against Rob Zombie.
TCM 3 is a mess but has good bits and the great Excalibur trailer. TCM 4. I don't like at all, except that leatherface is a tranny which he almost is in the first one.
TCM is just a great one off 70s horror movie and a lot funnier than most people imagine.
The remake. Fucking. plat dunes and their Gothic thunderstorms. The only good thing in it is Jessica Biel's backside.

LEATHERFACE DRESSED LIKE A GIRL TWICE IN THE FIRST FILM! THE GUY HE WAS BASED ON DRESSED LIKE A GIRL! lol everybody always bases their reasoning on disliking TCM IV on "Oh leatherface dresses like a girl!"

Ok, I've listened to the latest Radiodrome. Not this one, the 33th one.

The "black spiderman" isn't necessarily a replacement for Peter Parker. If Jerrid knew about the Blob eating the wasp, he would have read as well that the Samuel Jackson Nick Fury isn't the same White brown haired Nick Fury, since Dr. Doom says so on the same COMIC, when explaining his plan on why he made Magneto drown the world. well, SAME DEAL for the black spiderman

This deals with alternate universes, with sometimes other spidermans being around from other universes. Spiderman was a woman at some point (no, not the spiderwoman from old comics, we are talking a woman with Spiderman's memories), and I didn't see comicbook nerds foaming at the mouth on how it was just race baiting or trying to pass a misandrist agenda or some shit.

And no, I don't think they were playing a character on the podcast. Or on the Lost In the static episode, where he started rambling about how there should be a WET.

Good episode, got a little sidetracked. I rewatched the Workprint of TCM3 and I didn't see any indication that Viggo Mortensen was Bi. The workprint is pretty solid and changes the tone of the film from fun B horror flick to a darker horror film.

They talk about it on the commentary on the laserdisc, little things like his one painted fingernail and the apron he wears and the "swish" he puts into his hips when he is cooking. They said it was little things that Viggo added that were not in the script.

I realize this is an old episode, but Josh, could you please not throw around words like 'tranny'? It's derogatory toward transpersons.
