    Hilarious review.

So far, I think that Homoti has the best E.T. rip-off costume. The face works, more or less, and the rest of the costume is delightfully hilarious.

Great episode. This E.T.-rip off didnt seem that bad.... but that is ofcourse that Nukie-film influencing me.

But i am disapointed that Brad Didnt make a Beta Max VCR reference at 2:19.... not that i could think of any relevant reference... i just love feeling nostalgic when he mentions stuff from the 80ties i miss, that's all.

I might agree with you except I'm the kind of guy who tends to like every Bond theme along with every Bond movie. I think the worst Bond theme yet is Another Way to Die. Hopefully the next Bond film Skyline (opening November 2012) will come up with something better.

Is there a Turkish Alice in Wonderland?

I'm just asking because, with all the Turkish rip-off there are, it doesn't seem fair that there's no Turkish Alice in Wonderland. Hell, there's even a Jetlag Alice in Wonderland!

Besides, the books are in the public domain, so copyright shouldn't be a problem (not like Turtkey ever gave a shit about copyright laws to begin with).

According to Ed Glaser, the Turkish rip-off phenomenon lasted from the 50s to the 80s. Plenty of time for them to make an Alice in Wonderland rip-off.

Hey, at least it would be better than the Tim Burton version...

    Thank God this wasn't Nukie!

This movie actually seems like it'd be good if some one gave it a comedic dubbing! Or probely a real dubbing! IDK I have no freaking clue as to what they're really saying in some scenes like the FLYING FREAKING CARPET RIDE!!! You should've added in some Aladdin theme in there!

So, this movie even though it's newer than Badi Ed Glaser had or couldn't find any knowledge of or on this film!? This movie looked to have 3Xs the budget of Badi! The alien at least didn't look like a dwarf stuffed inside a hallowed out blowup love doll!

I was worried there for like a while that we were going to get a very unconvertible love scene between the old fat Turkish woman and Homoti! (Violent vomiting begins)

    DAMN DAT @$$!!!

You know they really screwed up the movie when they broke the old rule never show or remind anybody of a better movie in your shittier movie!

So, you'd be pissed if you found out they were filming a shitty movie in your house!? So, what's that mean when they start shooting the Snob movie there!? OH, BURN!!!

The best thing about this Turkish ET knockoff? No annoying child characters!

You see even you admit each sitcom needs an annoying neighbor showing up!

So, Next is Ethree the Extra Testicle!?

It's easy to do this for Homoti; nobody in the English-speaking world knows a damn thing about the movie except that:

It's the second Turkish E.T. ripoff.
      It was shot on video.

That's it. I didn't know about this movie, and I know they made a Turkish "Young Frankenstein", a Turkish "Star Trek", Turkish "Wizard of Oz", Turkish "Superman", and a flick where Captain Turkish America and Turkish Santo fight an evil Turkish Spiderman!

Yay! "Homoti" and "Badi" are both "Citizen Cane" (misspelled on purpose) compared to the abortion that was "Nukie"! At least "Homoti" has helped me forget about "Nukie" for a while and helped my sanity to slightly recover from the THC-induced physical scarring that "Nukie" has left on my brain. Oh it's still there, good god is it still there, and it's never leaving my head ever! In fact it might be something that will pop up again on my death bed if I get alzheimer's or dementia. But at least "Homoti" has helped me to laugh again! Oh god did I miss laughter!

In the last couple of months I've worked my way through all of the Cinema Snob reviews on this site and I have to say that this one is hands down my favourite (although The Geek comes in at a fairly close second). There's just something about the way the pace of the writing, the references to other films, the general tone of the humour and the delivery all intertwine that makes it really re-watchable for me. I think I must have seen it about 7 or 8 times now and I still find myself laughing out loud. Brilliant stuff!
