Here's one franchise I wish should happen, Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. I'm sure the 2004 film was meant to kick off a franchise as a competition for Harry Potter, but it didn't happen after the film grossed only $100 million domestically.
If I too was a crazy billionaire, I would've paid Jim Carrey $100 million to make Paramount do the sequel or a Count Olaf spin-off of sorts.

It's a shame that the "Masters of the Universe" and "Battlefield Earth" did not get sequals.
I would have love to se Battlefield Earth 2: The wrath of Xenu.... or maybe that was too obvious. But since that movie was a scientology project, then maybe they could get Tom Cruise to star in it as Maverick. Then make the Battlefield Earth sequal actually be Top Gun 2: Battle for Earth - the Revenge of Xenu.
But I must say: this must be the radiodrome episode with the most focus on porn. It should have be labelled "porn". The only regret I have about that was that I had not seen a single one of the porn titles you mentioned, not even flesh gordon.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Unbreakable as that was also supposed to be a franchise and it was also, arguably, one of M Night's good movies.
Also where is this facebook page for Radiodrome? I can't seem to find it through facebook searches.

Also- if you're looking for an unintentionally hilarious soft-core gay porn on Netflix (why wouldn't you?!) watch something called "Vampire boyz" ....So awful
