Actually Return to Sleepaway Camp is the 5th film in the series, the 4th (The Survivor) was shot but never compleated, it was in post production hell for nearly a decade (if not longer) the footage that was shot was released as an exclusive bonus disc to the Survival Kit dvd set avalible only through Best Buy. (Now out of print. The film was finally finished earlier this year and is avalible for purchase through the official Sleepaway Camp website

At this point, I don't even know which movie is worse, 2 or 3. The deaths in 2 were better, but I really enjoyed seeing that racist chick die...also, I hate the "conclusion" to that couple too. Poor guy.

You didn't mention the fact that That 70's show was going to be called Teenage Wasteland. That was their original title. Also Terminator reference and a Human Centipede reference in one video, now I have seen everything lol.

Well the first one was pretty decent still.The sequels are pretty bad though(even though I did enjoy the 3rd one(but mostly since I couldn't understand most of the dialogues because the movie's quality was awful)).

Nice review all around. I've been having a sucky night, and this made it much better. The "Terminator" music was a nice touch with the truck chase, and the "Baba O'Rielly" bit was great and irresistable. I imagine that was the very first and easiest joke you wrote for this episode. The "Friday The 13th, Part V" reference was very timely since I just wrote up my review for the film today for my blog Forever Cinematic.

Wow this one was goofy. I would hope there was an uncut version in the 80s when no one cared what was showed in a horror movie!
So in a movie called Teenage Wasteland they didn't actually play The Who?
I liked that old dude in House of a 1000 Corpses better!
You know your horror movie is running out of ideas when your killer is just beating people to death with a stick... if she just pulled a gun and shot them was the only way these killings could've gotten more bland... oh wait she did!

i also believe that there are a couple teens in this film were actually teens. i think the dude who played ponyboy was actually 17 when he filmed this. from my understanding. & in part 2 that teen who had that sex scene. he was actually under age so someone else of age had to be used. if ya can believe that. he he

Also there appears to be some horror film with "Son of Sleepaway Camp" as an alternate title, released in 1989. Guess you'll have to review that next!

These sequels are terrible, but I have to admit, it's kind of endearing how Angela came out of her shell, accepted who she is, and seems to be enjoying what she does.
