I know how you feel, I live in Australia and have to pay double-price thanks to shipping, which is why I'm wiaiting for this to come out before I buy Paranoia so I can get them together and save money. Would also buy Ninja: The Mission Force but I don't think I can get them in a bundle.

I don't know what it is, but unlike all these other "online reviewer/tgwtg" movies never got me interested.
This trailer however, it looked really interesting.
This movie for once seems to have an actual story.
Pretty sure I'll buy this when it comes out. That'll be a first.
(I only wish the overall audio/video quality was better - there's one clip in the trailer where you REALLY should have dubbed the audio over the scene. Hope this doesn't happen too often in the actual movie)

I'm of two minds about this. The fanboy part of me can't wait to see it, while the other part is concerned that adding a character origin in which he isn't actually a snob could undermine the character. Still, can't wait to see it.

I don't think the Snob we know and love is the same Snob in the movie (which seems to a movie about a guy posing as a Snob to achieve his goal, like Dustin Hoffman had to pose as a woman in 'Tootsie') And that is smart: Anyone who never saw a Cinema Snob review can buy the DVD and watch it as a stand alone movie. Unlike the TGWTG movies, in which you need some knowledge of the TGWTG shows to "get" what is going on in their movies.

I am really looking forward to this movie, but the trailer was boring. Everyone seems to be delivering their lines so deadpan and muted, like they're just finished meditating or doing yoga (except Spoony, who is always animated). I'm not saying it should've be slapstick or anything, but if I weren't already a fan of the Snob, this trailer wouldn't have convinced me to see the film.

This is a great trailer! I always thought the concept of the movie was severely lacking an interesting plot. I even saw all the behind the scenes footage. But you really keept all the important details well hidden. This actually sounds like an interesting movie.
Now watch as Brad once more rips-off the mainstream, and none of the scenes in the trailer appear in the actual movie. In fact the guy who is on the cover art (aka Brad himself) isn't even in the movie ^^. Now *that* would be a bold move

This is amazing. It looks 100 times better than the previous trailer. What did you do to it? Some serious post-production work? Colour filters? The edititing is brilliant and what strikes me is that the look of all the actors (clothes, style, look etc) go very well together and it feels very well put together. The music is very nice too. Cant wait for this one! Gotta check out the other flicks too

Three years! That sucks. They need to remake it now. Brad's fake beard may have been alright for older people from the 1980s, but a CGI would be much better.
Also I noticed some plot holes and continuity errors in Spoony's hair. CGI would have fixed that.
When compared to the superb Dark Knight Rises, I can't help noticing that it seems almost comical. Christopher Nolan needs to remake it so it isn't so stupid.

Gotta be honest: the audio sounds off. In a lot of scenes that appear in this trailer, the sound is really bass-heavy. It makes it hard to tell what people are saying. And in some scenes, there's a buttload of echo. A little EQ would fix quite a lot of the problems, even in the echoey scenes.

You should buy 2 at $20. Brad gives us allot for free. CS is my favorite site, long after I gave up TGWTG. Think of it as supporting his efforts and enabling him to continue putting out such awesome content. He also puts allot into these movies and I personally enjoy them and support his efforts.

The cover art is awesome. When I first looked at it I thought it didn't look much like Brad. It seemed almost nice or thoughtful. As I studied it more it began to creep me out. There is the slightest accent to the mouth, almost the start of a smile, and the eyes promise mayhem. It went from thoughtful to very sinister; perfect! Awesome artist.

Hey Brad, and everyone else involved in the movie. Just got it in the mail today and watched it tonight and I must say it was very good. I found myself rather enthralled with it and was very happy with the purchase. I'll have to watch some of the commentary versions as well to hear about the ins and outs of the scenes.
Again, great job to everyone involved in this, and I was very happy with the movie. Hopefully, you will follow up with it and we'll see more films like this in the future!

Sorry to snob the snob film, but this looks like a dailies reel. I really hope someone actually colored this thing and worked on the audio before it went to print. Also, did you shoot this with garage lanterns?? Maybe invest in a Chimera or two on the next shoot...or at least a bounce card or something to not have boring flat lighting and hard shadows. I have to guess it is supposed to look like, "shot on shiteo" but come on...I expect more from you Brad.

Nitpicking is ok, but there's a time and place, and overnitpicking a movie for not having traits that it could in no way have, is a step too far.
Also, I think the trailer was made from a rough cut, because the final cut has some better sound.

It isn't nitpicking to expect a film to be finished before it is sold. Good to hear the sound is better...is it at least white balanced in the final?

It's an ode to exploitation films dude. I'm pretty sure they're aware of how their movie is shot. The movie isn't perfect, but the script is strong enough to support many of the film's flaws. I really loved the film.
