I've never really been able to understand when people really hate a specific type of animal. Sure I can comprehend being scared of spiders and snakes and the like but it's always struck me as odd when people announce their blanket hatred for an entire species. I'm aware how ridiculous this sounds but it seems kind of bigoted to me.
